I love the modesty of the kitchen and its proper place in the home. The wall hung refrigeration is intriguing and there must be some heavy duty fixings to stop gravity doing what gravity does.
And right below it (and purposely obscured in the video) is a dicey church that occupies the former building of Pompeii, one of the most infamous nightclubs ever in the Palm Springs area (basically the Studio 54 of the west.) As a local, I drive by this location several times per week and wonder what's going on up there....
Where's the drone footage? A shame so much time spent looking at a flea market clock and Western Holly appliances (fetish) when the amazing architecture is there to explore and reveal .
I don't care for the corrugated panels around the deck, they obscure the view, especially for pets. That's right, pets, they like to see things too. There should be a clear railing of some sort.

I was wondering about that too. Maybe for some degree of privacy since it is fairly close to a busy road??
That house was trashed in the 90's. Probably could have been bought for 50k.
