Please put cushioning in the heel for all models, the v-cut shoes dig ivery painfully nto my achilles and i had to put in anti-rub stick-on cushions myself.
I have the Vienna in black and white and they are incredibly comfortable.
Enjoyed this overview, it was really helpful! :) I recently bought and received a pair of Aria 5 flats, but I got unsure about the sizing. Since you also wear EU 35, could you share your measurements? I measured 220 mm in foot lenght and 200 mm in foot girth, but the flats still felt a bit snug, maybe they are supposed to feel like that? Wondering if I should exchange for 35.5, but then I'm afraid they will be too big (especially looking at Vivaia's sizing chart...).

Thank you so much for watching dear! Love the v shaped flats too, super classic! I think the v shaped ones are not as snug as the heels, so they feel a bit big on me, I just went for my usual size (I’m EU35) I guess you can just go for your usual size unless you have wide feet? Also maybe seek advice from their customer service, they provide a size chart which is pretty useful :)
How supportive do you find these?
these look like they slip off your heel!! do you recommend sizing down? i am a US size 5

I’d say the heels and loafers fit pretty snug, the v shaped flats feel a bit big though so sometimes they slip off, I’d say go for your usual size / size down if you don’t have a wide feet, and their customer service is really helpful so you can always go to them for sizing advice :) the return policy is pretty good too so if they turn out too big you can always return and exchange, hope this helps!
but all of them look so loose on you. The size is not quite right for you
They seem way too wide and falling off...I'm not at all convinced.
