Nice Video Mike. I’m a big fan of boar knots. If you’re looking for a loose boar knot, I really like the Oumo boars. The Stirling Zeniths are a great choice too, I have the same 28mm version just in a copper handle instead of the Stirling green. I just got a new Semogue Pegasus boar and so far I’m really liking it as well.
Peter makes some great stuff and his scents are impressive. I love that he's doing his own scents and he really has a knack for it. Their packaging is really great too and really has that luxury look to it. I love their splash bottles! I hope you have a great new year, take care!
Hi Mike, Khalifa is available now via your link. Great video Mike!!! I’m using the same Oud as I use for the Daniele Maullu soap. It’s a very good synthetic. For the Maullu soap, I also use real Oud
Great shave ! This scent sounds amazing. I agree Peter (and his daughter) produce really top quality soaps and splashes with tons of good ingredients and very pleasant and creative scents. Great stuff really!
@@Sharpe-Shaver76 hey Hey Philip, I agree this is a great brush. Definitely needs to pick up some more knots for it and that scent is definitely really good.
I am a big fan of boar knots. They are my favorite, in fact. I think (just my opinion) that wet shavers shy away from boar knots. I can only guess that it is due to break-in period or the scratchiness but I could be very wrong. Boar is just my preference. Have a great rest of the week.
@@LongIslandShaving I have a True Til Death 30 mm Boar. I do not know where the knot comes from though but it is a great brush, IMO. I have a couple of Omega 27 mm boar brushes that are also good, IMO. The last boar knot I purchased was from Whipped Dog, a 30 mm knot in a Trout and Derby Tall Boy handle. I have not made a conclusion on it yet but so far, so good.
I like Boar brushes, Semogue and Omega are both very good, and have my eye's on a Zenith Aluminium short retro brush, as have heard they are as good as the two above.

Yeah they really do make amazing quality products.
The Timeless adjustable brush is one of my favorite brushes. I love the scent of this soap.

If there is a particular board, not that you highly recommend I’m open to any recommendations. Thanks for watching.

Any chance you could show us the De Niro technique in the next shave?

Thad scent sounds awesome, I have A&E Timbuktu which is very exotic as well. Great shave. I will have to check this one out.
I love the smell of their Timbuktu, it’s a great one.
