Why wasn't she in a body suit float? And if she couldn't swim and why was she in a unsafe floaty without constant supervison? I'm by my daughters side constantly while she's in the pool.
You can't expect children to watch other children!! Especially in this kind of situation!! Kid's are having fun,playing..not baby sitting!! This is why it's the adults responsibility to watch the children.. I hate hearing parents say, watch your brother/sister.. Especially near water!! No,you watch them your the adults!!

How about fencing around the pool....in our country it is a rule for ALL private pools and always have an adult around. Your daughtzr is safe fortunately

Great advice. Never take your eyes off them and have a gate. All it takes is a split second.

Your children are in the pool. How are your eyes not on them the entire time it’s 100% the parents fault.
Everyone should know CPR regardless, but my advice back to you is when you have small children, BE A RESPONSIBLE PARENT.
