I want EMPIRICAL EVIDENCE, not a biased person's 'opinion'...Attorneys do understand empirical evidence, right. As someone who worked as a forensic psych for 25 years, I can say Fani & Wade's behavior created the appearance that testing must be required. I had a friend, PhD Psychologist colleague whose father was an attorney in Manhattan, where she grew up, her MD mother was a rather famous cancer researcher in NYC and her father was once the President of the NAACP, also a MD...she once said to me, regarding the psych research, the she would have thought attorney's would have been #1. That was when I really began to pay attention to WHY and HOW it became so egregiously corrupt that they were worse than the sociopaths, because they had power. Willis is on salary and Wade is earning less on this job than he was in private practice, there is no financial incentive to extend the trial. Even if that were plausible as a motivator, which is a huge reach.
It was the hiring issue. The two qualified firms got pay about $70000 each but her boyfriend got pay over $650000 and by the time the trial end, it would be around a million dollars. The issue in here, her boyfriend doesn't have a clue about the RICO case and she hired him to build the RICO case. The allegation: This case would not come forward if she didn't profit from it. WHY? The nature of the case is relate to federal and this Fulton County didn't have jurisdiction over the case that was happened in the county outside of the Fulton county. Secondly, because of the lack of RICO case, one would the contact with White House (Ie. get order from White House). That is another issues. Therefore, this guy (attorney) didn't have a clue of why the judge brought this case up. Otherwise, no hearing is required.
