#LoveSTAY is just a random phrase made by hyunjin last april 2019 and they made it into a song dedicated to stays. Lovestay was written and composed by Hyunjin.
Hyunjin was the one that came up with #LoveStay, and uses it a lot when he posts. It is also the name of their annual Fan Meeting (The second fan meeting, Chocolate Factory, was what was being announced at the end of the song) During his hiatus, the members all did and said subtle things to let us know that he was still a part of them. Chan mentioned something about the hashtag on VLive (I think he was wearing a hat with it on) and said the person who came up with it was a genius. Hyunjin wrote most of it during his hiatus after reading all the positive and supportive messages from STAY. During one of his ending ments, he mentioned how precious the song was to him, and that it was a song that might never have been made, which makes me feel like there was a very real possibility at one point that he would not have come back. Thankfully we get to celebrate the talent that is Hyunjin in all its forms.

From the next day of the Kingdom, Hyunjin disappeared. He wrote this song during his hiatus, and we were so happy when he came back after for the NoEasy album. This clip is everything from the year 2021.
You can feel that they were singing this song from their hearts. It gives me goosebumps everytime I watch the MV and I see them working so hard, enduring pain and being exhausted. And with them I actually feel lile they really do much of it for Stay. Yeah, they really do love their fans and I think they see us as extended familly. It's a symbiotic relation.

I can't believe I cried to #lovestay again, tried to hard not to but still at the end and also the comments (I wasn't a stay back then, but just thinking about those few many months for Stays and members and especially Hyunjin makes my heart heavy).... This song just not telling how much they love us but shows us how they always be by Stays they never miss chance to say that, this song makes me appreciate them and their hard work that brought them to us. It was like a warm blanket-like you said, even outside the context of it being about fans, as an independent song it is incredibly lovely. “I will never make you lonely, you’ll always be beside me,” resonates no matter the context.
I was never the type to "stan" an artist. I turned on the radio, jammed to whatever was on, then turned off the radio. I've been a Stay for a little over a year now and I can say I honestly care for each member in this group. ❤️🩹 Songs like this are the reason why, I think. The message they have chosen to put out into this world since debut- they really believe in it. And the love they receive from Stay all around the world is still so fresh in their hearts, even after all these years. This song had every Stay crying ugly happy tears when we first heard this song. It was at a time when the KZS couldn't perform in front of Stay due to the Pandemic. And if you look at the background images, all took place during this period. I still tear up, will always tear up when listening/watching.
SKZ dropped the song in the eve of New Year 2022 ie 31st December 2021 out of nowhere as a gift to STAYs. STAYs were so moved and many cried when they heard the song. I would to recommend another Stray Kids album ie SKZ2021 that they released in 2021 which consisted of all their mixtapes songs when they were OT9. They re-recorded this album as OT8. Among rhe songs that I recommend from this album are Behind The Light and For You.

They actually made a song for us stay in our anniversary last year, it’s called Party it’s not over. It’s a moving song not too hard but a fun song
