  • So, it's only my ninth round ever at Yale. Managed to pull off a 58 (-12). It's good enough for a T-2 right now. I'm sure I'll stay in the top 5 at least, but T-2 would be great if it stayed that way. Also, I managed to birdie EVERY hole on the front 9 for a 25. Only managed -3 on the back, but it's still a solid round. No complaints. I'm happy with it. I have a saying. If you want to know whether or not you hit a good shot, ask yourself if someone would have placed the ball where it ended up and said you didn't have to hit the shot, and you'd have taken it, it was a good shot. Same with the round. If you would have offered up a 58 before I even teed off, I'd have taken it. Whenever that's the case, I'm happy with the round.

How do you keep your battery at 100 all the time? Mine goes from 100 to 0 in like 35 minutes and I just bought mine.bDo you play with it plugged in? If so, how do you keep the charging cord from getting in the way?

I use the extended battery that Meta sells with the comfort strap. It keeps the headset mostly charged. It's the battery pack that mostly drains first before it relies solely on the headset battery. But even so, on solo rounds, you should get 90 to 120 minutes on the headset alone. Maybe it's older? I'm on a Q3 that's only 7-8 months old. Multiplayer rounds really drain it though. Even with the extended battery, I can only get about 2.5 hours all in if I'm playing multiplayer. I do have a long USB cable if needed, but I don't usually play at one time longer than that anyway. If you run the cable down your back and through a belt loop or something, it should stay out of the way. If you don't have any kind of extended battery for the headset, I'd highly recommend one.
