When a piece of Ultimate Equipment is obtained, a flag is set which restores the correct stat bonuses to the Ultimate Equipment. This flag is explicitly checked when determining if the player has obtained Ultimate Equipment, and if it set the game will never allow the player to obtain Ultimate Equipment." Otherwise you are correct, the chance is 1/1000

hi madwig, can i ask if you can transfer patapon data to patapon 2? im using the ppsspp and i couldnt seem to find info on how. i tried saving the file 5x to see if i can continue in patapon 2 but the 2 wont load any data. i wanted to start all over again since i started patapon at 3.
Do you mostly mod on eur ver? And very interesting how loot tables are different with every mission. So does that mean each mission has its own loot chance and type?
I need to rephrase that. What I meant is that every mission has the loot generation function, but the loot tables are essentially the same. Also yeah, I use EUR version mostly since my modded game uses EUR as a base, but from time to time I make codes for other regions.

you can, but everytime you get one, the chance to obtain another is halved. Once you get the fourth one, you can't get anymore
No you CANNOT obtain legitimately 2nd piece of ultimate equippment.
