Neptune Rake

A robust yet lightweight tool for cleaning ponds and lakes of weed and detritus. The most environmentally friendly and economic solution on the market. Neptune Rake can easily be carried to any pond site by two or three men. It is floated out to any point in any
size of pond and deployed anywhere. A lightweight portable winch,
capable of pulling over a tonne. hauls the Neptune rake across the pond base where it gathers the weed and detritus. It is then hauled up and easily tipped forward to offload the gathered weed onto the bank. Leaving the weed to sit for a day or so allows amphibians to return to the pond. The Neptune Rake consists of two 1 meter sections which are bolted together to form the full unit. The system is made up of the winch, the ropes, the float and the rake.

I would love to rent it for a few days to clean out the deeper area of my beach. I'm sure there's a business model for that.

Per the other comment, I wish these guys well, but the $5K price was sticker shock.
They were unable to get me a customer to talk to in my area, and didn't seem open to promoting these for pond pros
Gonna use an existing chain drag harrow and see how that goes. I'm sure this is better but a slime free pond isn't worth buying this sight unseen
