  • In this Balanced Body Allegro 2 Beginner Pilates Reformer Full Body Workout (No Props) 45 Min, you will use the Allegro 2 Reformer, long box, and no other props. Each movement is seamless for a beginner-level Pilates class, and you will focus on precision and breath as you move in the workout.     I just set up my new Allegro 2 reformer and love it. I haven't been doing pilates for a couple of years so now getting back into it and starting from basics. So far, I like your videos best as you go slow enough for me to keep up and love that you clearly state springs to use. Thank you
