- In this Balanced Body Allegro 2 Beginner Pilates Reformer Full Body Workout (No Props) 45 Min, you will use the Allegro 2 Reformer, long box, and no other props. Each movement is seamless for a beginner-level Pilates class, and you will focus on precision and breath as you move in the workout. You can use any Reformer, but ensure the spring tension is appropriate for your fitness level.
