Hello got this watch but I have tried but the time in small window on the left won’t align with the hands and the RCVD won’t show in the small window on the left

Biggest POS Watch ever……
You have to have a Doctorate from MIT To set even the time on this watch…..
Videos and Owners Manual are useless!
Bought at Costco, opened the box, Dial lit up, never lit up again.
I’ll never buy a Casio Watch again!
