She hunts hogs, review guns and cooks. Looks like you caught them videoing a cook. She has over 900k subscribers on UA-cam. I bet you in Florida thats where they are located 😊

Dude I know you'll work hard to buy drones but my dads salary is like 110 dollars a month so for me it's impossible to buy a drone cause even a cheap drone with camera would cost 100 dollars so what am trying to say is Fly your drones with love and feel lucky

I got 3 miles on my phantom 4 professional. I know their totally different drones but I'm sure yours would go even further with the price tag. That IR and zoom is so insane it's really hard to fathom. Very neat!
This drone will go so much farther than what I did in this video. I just didn't want to chance it. This drone is set up to go so much farther. But if you take a look at the price you'll understand why I didnt chance it on an extremely windy day like it was. Thanks for watching though :)
The phantom is a good platform to mod, used to live flying that drone.
@@MichaelJohnsonProductions we use it and if you possition yourself on a high point it can reach 10km with ease which is about 6 or 7 miles and with that range you can almost find anyone you are looking for or look at any building complex you want
The phantom three professional was my first drone. I love that thing. I crashed because I didn’t do a pre-flight and returned home altitude. Somehow it got sent to zero. So on the way home from a DroneDeploy mission, a crash right in front of my feet. I was just seconds away from being able to put it in Addie mode and stop the crash.

Very cool drone (that zoom is crazy)! I just uploaded a video where I used my Mini SE in follow me mode (Litchi app). Wind gust were around 30 mph and it still did pretty good. Definitely not ideal having alot of wind.
Yes this drone is outrageous lol. I'll check your video out right now. Im sure you seen in my video how fast the wind was. The drone actually shows that information. Pretty wind

Also if anybody asks, you had another crew member who maintained visual line of sight with the quad the whole time that's your story u better stick to it!!
the question why dji to now dont add parachute to drones i know there is who built it but why dji not add parachute and macke a room for parachute
Yeah I'm not sure why it doesn't do like the Mavic 3. As you zoom in it reduces the stick sensitivity. Very easy to stay on target even at 28X zoom while moving!
Seems like the commercial grade drone would have gotten the best features before the consumer drone! Maybe the consumer drone is the test bed or beta testers.

I know what a coincidence. I wasnt aware of that until someone pointed it out in the comments a month or so ago.
It’s a little hard to get 2 miles on my Mavic 3 classic, it might be due to the fact that theres a whole lot of houses in the way of the RC signal. Any tips on how to get a better rc signal? Maybe get like the controller with the better antenna?
I've had over 3 miles on my original Mavic pro. Higher altitude helps. Weather (moisture/humidity) impacts range, aswell as obstacles like buildings and terrain. Also, the antennas are directional, so make sure you're pointing the controller at the drone and that the antennas are in the correct orientation.
It's most likely you location. I have a classic as well. I live in phx az in the city I can only get 3-4km flying near the limit. If I sit on my roof I can push it even further. In the mountains from a highpoint in Prescott or sedona, I can get far more. Also, if you have the rc pro remote, you will improve range. I saw a guy in Philly get more than I can I in the mountains with that remote. I guess if you pay over 1grand it's for something lol

even if you lose Connection there is a fail safe that sets the drone to retun to home if you have the "out of Control Action" Setting Set correctly
Totally understand and fully aware of this feature but when something cost this much. It is scary with how windy it was that day. Ive been flying drones for over 5 years now and always get a little nervous when doing a range test on a windy day because the amount of money in the sky lol.

What's up with the left prop always in frame?
I probably didnt have the camera centered. With this drone I can move the Gimbal left and right as well. I most likely didnt have it centered.

I own a Mavic 3 Cine, I tested 6 miles away is no problem

I did 3 miles on a air 3, then i hit a geo zone and when i went down to 200 feet id loose connection
Also when you get your part 107 you can get special waivers, example, fire service search and rescue

Just curious what you do with it what's use for. The first thing come in my mind cos of IR,is help searching lost people and stuff like that. But the company you work with, what are you doing whit it?
Dude so freaking scary. I didnt say this in the video but I was having a mild panic attack while shooting this video. My chest was hurting a little and everything. I hope I hid it well lol. But we use this drone for checking roofs. The IR lets us know if there is any moister in the roof. We also use it for 3d mapping. We also use it for roof inspection as well because of that zoom allows us to get close without getting close.

I swear you people dont even watch the video. It says it right on the controller im using the fly the drone. It says IR. So in the video I was going off what is in front of me. Yes you are probably correct. But I had to click IR to get the Thermal settings
so when are we getting a range test? :D

Not really a range test, a range test would be more really testing the limits. But I truly understand the precautions specially you being not the owner of the drone, and being that its well above the 250g limit. But its very deceiving and sucks that you call it a range test.

I have a hard time understanding these tests when you are legally supposed to maintain visual reference of your drone at all times.
