layer 15 is wrong (you know already) but i'm on my phone, anyone know the positions?

I figured it out by using the size of the other plus sign. I love the emblems and I like making them :) #SubEarned

15 is supposed to be
Position x: -101 y:89
Scale x:-195 y:-217
And rotation is 90
