On April 19, 2024, a joint task force consisting of DEA, DHS, FISA, and US Marshals conducted a raid on a small farmstead on the outskirts of Laredo, Texas near the US-Mexico Border. They received intelligence the farm was being used as a front for a cartel smuggling tunnel underneath the border wall.
