OHMIGOSH! I'M IN LOVE WITH THIS HOUSE! First, this was the hands-down, #1 house tour I've ever seen! Bravo! He even read my mind as I was wondering what those metal things were by the door from the porch! Too funny! And to address so many details such as the window panes in the glass and tilt-in windows... well, I was impressed! The best part was talking about entertaining in the living room, watching TV, or... wait for it... HAVE A CONVERSATION! I want to marry this man! Just kidding. I'm old and decided against dating after my ex-husband and I separated in 2009. He used to say to me "I've never met a woman that talks as much as you do." I'm intelligent and have a sense of humor but those were no match for TV. I applaud you on doing the closets mostly right: real rods, wood shelves, and... double hanging, albeit only in the MBR closet. We need about 80% double hanging for everyone. I say this as a retired career woman who mostly wore suits to work. Also, no windows in closets, please. Sunlight fades and breaks down fabrics. How about a built-in, drop down ironing board in the closet? I would love: ▪︎a coat closet in the foyer (need a foyer) and space for people to remove & place their shoes. ▪a powder room for guests. I hate giving access to the main bath (it's really not a spare or guest bath) or the master bath. I remember people looking in my medicine cabinet & cabinets, and USING MY BATH TOWEL to dry their hands instead of the hand towel! So I have this phobia-like need for a powder room. I'd just need a basement for storage. Christmas decorations & other seasonal stuff. Actually, a garage would be even better! Thanks so much for reading my rambling , but nonetheless sincere, feedback. ▪a pantry? By the way, the video ended in mid-sentence "If you don't need a closet this big..."
Completely utterly stunning!! All new mobile homes should come with built covered patios to accentuate the home. I'm positive this is doable!!! This beats a regular house price any day of the week!!!! Mobile homes have really changed over time and I believe they are going to be top sellers soon. The market is prime for it!!
I totally agree. In fact I have noticed mobile homes are more popular now, more than they have been. Even homes that are sized to be in mobile home parks are beautiful. When you consider that the home payment along with the space rent in a park is still quite a bit cheaper than a site built home price, of course to own some property that a person could put a home like the one in the video on, would be really perfect.
I love, love, love the huge walk in closet & separate toilet from bathing area, and the separate garden tub & low step shower! Awesome home! I also 3 X love that gorgeous kitchen!!! I would enjoy the fire place in the winter. Two guest rooms with large closets and a full bath on that end of the home. I love the deck outside the dining room. I would screen that in because insects in Florida make it almost impossible to eat outdoors. I like the separate laundry/mud room with separate entry. Tons of real entertaining & happiness galore to be had in this luxury home!!! Wow! Wow! Wow! I would love to own that now instead of the run down 1959 block home I currently own that costs twice your luxury home. Sad for me. However, block vs mobile home. Eh. Still a dream home you have!
It's a nice house.I like the vents in the ceilings along with the ceiling fan. The focal point in the living area is excellent. The kitchen is excellent, just would prefer the sink in a different area. The closet in the master bedroom is very nice.
Why is it they can make a manufactured home look like a million dollars, yet the outside still yells manufactured. Horrible exterior, bet if you ordered it without all those hideous little roof peaks, it would be a lot cheaper.

The kitchen is so pretty and one where one could actually see themselves making pies. Also I notice how quiet it is from all the noise out on the highway when the door is closed. I would say this home is probably around 160,000. You couldn't touch a site built home for that price that looks like this.
Such a beautiful house 😍😍,love that each bedroom has its own walk in closet, the size of the walk in closet in the master is crazy, you can fit another room in it 😍😍. Wish I could buy something like this once I live in US. Kitchen is massive, this home and everything in it has more room and storage space than my concrete house😅 unbelievable... Thank you so much for the video,if I ever get the chance to owning a home in US,this type of home will be one of them.
Loved the kitchen, think you said all cabinets hardwood but they looked painted - crime against nature to paint hardwood. Counter tops really top notch and cabinet space and island make this kitchen a total winner. Also loved walk in closet off master bedroom - amazing. Agree with commenter below, don't like tubs and would like larger shower with seat and safety bars for slips. Water closet should include sink, no one wants to mess with door-knobs or anything else after an "event" until they've washed up. Living room stellar and peaceful though not sure where tv would go. Bedroom with microscopic closet was a little shocking considering the thoughtfulness of the rest of the home.
I'd definitely want to change the exterior. It looks ghastly. I'd paint one solid color and do contrasting on the backdrop that frames the windows to make them pop...but definitely different contrasting colors. I guess it teaches you to not judge a book by it's cover. The inside is lovely. I didn't see too much in way of storage though...other than bedroom closets. Was there a pantry or linen closet for the rest of the 🏠 house.? I only saw the one in master bath. The front porch is very nice and kitchen is gorgeous in every way!

Do you service Michigan? If not who would you contact for comparable homes to the ones you are showing? We are interested.

Do you deliver to Ohio
Yea,they need to work on the outside of these homes.Otherwise, they're gorgeous homes.
I just do not understand why Builders are putting the Wardrobe closet either in the master bathroom or behind the master bathroom. Who in the hell came up with this Concept? who wants to walk through a steamy bathroom to get to your clothes? that makes no sense.
Well, it's a concept that I really enjoy because your clothes are right there in the bathroom where you get ready.
It's easiest to walk in wrapped in fresheners and pick a outfit, heels, suit etc it's a great concept, different.
kocoa berry if you have that much steam in your bathroom when your getting dressed then you surely have a bad issue with your ventilation you need to resolve otherwise your gonna have some severe mold a rot issues within a couple years.
kocoa berry so after you take a shower and you get dressed as you walk through you clothes get steamed and straighten out.
My husband always turned all of the lights on in the bedroom when he came home from work in the middle of the night (and yes there were lights in the closet) so I made sure that it was a priority in our next home for the closets to be in bathroom. Worked out great
Awesome except for exterior paint scheme
