I uploaded a full UA-cam playlist at a podcast. So now, how do I schedule each episode from that podcast? I tried YT support and they did not have an answer. I would appreciate your insights on this scheduling issue. Thanks you.
Unfortunately you can't back-date episodes in UA-cam. For future episodes we would recommend keeping them in draft status and scheduling them to publish.
Hi When you download the full episodes of the podcasts to your youtube channel from riverside could you also create short videos of your podcast to posted in the same channel or you only allow full episodes I asking this because they say only allow to put full episodes and not short videos How I do it to create short to ? Hi Tommy, you can use our Magic Clips feature to automatically generate some for you, or use the editor to create vertical clips in the Riverside editor! Accessible on the recordings page of any of your studios. And if you're sharing vertical clips of your podcast, I would say go ahead and upload / share those to the same channel as your long-form video podcast. Then you can link to the episode from the Short in your UA-cam Studio!
If the podcast is tangentially related to anything you do on the channel, I would say upload the podcast to the same channel. You can create a playlist and specifically mark it as a podcast for those videos.
Also wondering if it makes sense to double post. one video as a normal video playlist(s) and one video podcast only. so you could do something like add episode numbers just to the podcast videos and leave the regular videos without episode numbers…as a kind of follow up to the question below about numbering the episodes

I didn't realize to open youtube studio first. I have been opening my youtube channel and then simply hitting upload video. Now having stated that I have turned certain playlists into podcasts - but I've been using 1080x1920 thumbnails. I had a uniform thumbnail until it was recommended that I make custom thumbnails per podcast. You have stated that a square picture is required. So in essence can I have a main podcast thumbnail as a square and then each feature episode has it's own thumbnail (1080)???? Perhaps i have totally messed this all up which is why I don't have the subscriptions:((((
does it makes sense to creat a vertical only podcast as well? i saw one of my favorite artists release an official video in vertical only and i was 🤔 thinking , this is a genius idea. because its essentially fullscreen vertical. so maybe one version vertical and one version horizontal. of course this will take a little more work but would love to hear your thoughts

You can, but not necessary. Your audio version will have episode numbers in Apple Podcasts and Spotify

Should start a new UA-cam account for my podcast? I never really had a theme for my UA-cam account before. Will that be problematic?

You can always upload custom thumbnails per video / episode. I would recommend 16x9 format or 1920 wide by 1080 tall
I'm not seeing that option? I don't even see a create button on UA-cam studio. Do you know What's wrong?

A vertical version may be good elsewhere, but UA-cam won’t display that length in a standard 16:9 ratio and Shorts won’t accommodate that length
