Have a question I have the whal hero’s trimmers and for some reason they sting and hurt and their zero gapped their not overlapping how can you tell you have good trimmers? They feel really rough and I never dropped them but love the cut

Rodolfo Mendez they don’t have to overlap to hurt. You could just be applying to much pressure. Maybe try bringing the blade down a bit. I have most of my clippers very close to zero gapped but not exactly for that reason. You have to be really light handed to have your blades set that sharp. I honestly don’t think people really need to completely zero gap their trimmers just because you usually go over with the razor anyways just to make sure it’s all crisp.

Rodolfo Mendez just remember that more pressure will not make your trimmers hit harder. If they hit, they will hit. If they don’t, then they don’t. No amount of pressure applied will change that. It will only cause discomfort to the client.
