There is always that friend that makes you watch a trailer that got him.. but he won't shut up while you're actually watching it.. i hate that kind of stuff.. he started blabbing right on the emotional part.
There are some moments when beeing silence is a kind of obligation. For to hear and understand some things we need to build a space for a words, which somebody wants to communicate us. If we do this we make a room for affection and reflection. Apparently that guy who was talking through whole trailer can't understand this simple truth.
I hope that this game inspires developers to make more games set in World War 1, a setting that I think is really under-represented these days. Could you imagine a WWI FPS where at the very end, you find out that you were playing as Hitler the whole time?

The thing about Hitler during WW1 is that he really wasnt in a pretty dangerous position at least relativly speaking. most of the time he was a courier miles aways from the frontlines. Its true that he got 2 Iron Crosses but how 1 time he got it just by doing his job (delievering a message after all other forms of communications broke down) and the second time we dont know how he got it. But both times were during phases of the war were medals were given out like halloween candy to keep the moral high. The thing is that Hitler was pretty much a nobody after the war till he rose up the rangs in the NSDAP. And then they litterly blew Hitler part in the war out of poportions. For example they bribed former comrades of him with large sums of money and fancy positions in the party "to confirm" that he was a big war hero despite him being actually pretty unpopular among his comrades who basiacly saw him as a kiss-ass for the higher ups (calling him a "white raven" somebody who thinks that hes better than everyone else). So basiacly it was another of many carfully prepared propaganda-lies about his past.
lucidloon This trailer was so good, the images and the narrator just perfect to pull on my heart strings. (And my heart is made of dark matter) If this game is good then I rather Have Ubi art do more games. I enjoyed Child of light more the Assasins creed games.
Child of Light is nice little Rpg the art style Is awesome. I did like AC series but I got burend out after AC revalations. To much of the same and the story aint intresting anymore. (for me)
I agree with one of the commenters shown in the video. The shot with the graves hits me harder than anything, coming from a family in which every single man has seen war, and not all have returned. God bless all soldiers. There is no more hell left for them.

I've been watching you guys and you've hated sega and you can't even finish a sonic the hedgehog videogame? I can do much better than that!
