I did a nose job for the very same reasons. I had so many problems with my septum (still have some, one surgery's not enough to solve them all) and I also had a very BAD nose, so when it came to fix my problems, I also asked for fixing the appearance of my profile.
I think mostly people that suffers (or had suffered) about having a "bad nose" can fully understand what truly means this kind of plastic surgery. I literally felt reborn after my operation, it's one of the greatest things I did in my life and after that I became definitely more confident.
It's beautiful to feel okay with ourselves and no-one has to justify for these kind of decisions.
