Yates graduate premiers new movie summer of 2016 features former rapper Chyna Whyte and local talent. Bigger than Jason's Lyric and Babyboy? Ithink so...check out the official movie trailer at TexasEntertainmentNetworkdotcom youtube Joined at the Heart for teasers and studio interviews. Thank you
That would be a toss up for me. I might go with Carter with Armstead and their team speed. I saw both play and was in the stands when Yates destroyed Permian. No matter who would win, those are maybe the two best Texas high school teams of at least that era. I’m not sure they could beat the Duncanville’s or the North Shore teams of the current times. Or those Allen teams with Kyler Murray. Would be fun to watch if it were possible
@@bradtaylor4765 regardless of Class I would still say 1983 Dangerfield the greatest Texas team ever. 16-0 and outscored teams almost 700-8! One safety and I think an interception return was it. D unscored on.
@@jamesfields2916 I would agree as far as in their weight division. Them or Big Sandy with Overstreet and Lovee Smith. But, I would never claim like this one Daingerfield resident that they could beat any Texas team ever. Carter and Yates and many other 5A and 6A teams were just too big numbers wise and deep to lose to a small school
Now that's amazing history!
Wow...this is a classic...Huskies for life...class of 1996 Dogg
Holmes had 3 of their relievers play at UT and QB sign with Michigan and Yates had Melvin Foster play ball at Iowa.
The Cash Twins.
Yates rb Johnny Bailey played at Texas A&I
Santana Dotson played for Yates as well.
This is awesome! Do you know anybody who might have 1988?

Yates was loaded. Will still take them over 88 Dallas Carter.

@@bradtaylor4765 the Yates beat down aside it's amazing how well Permian fared against teams at least on paper much better athletically.

@@jamesfields2916 oh definitely, Permian rarely had the athletes of the teams they faced deep in the playoffs
