I really love the touch of the outro with the quotes and song, a tribute to the romanticism that got game developers into that profession and persevere through the grueling process of videogame making.

And once again, I say that these limitations bred the GREATEST games of all time. Especially in terms of musical creativity.
Not that modern game making is easy, but it certainly has a lot less restrictions, and now we have a generally homogenized and less interesting gaming industry. This is why I love indie devs. They keep it creative.

I don’t understand why it took so long for UA-cam to recommend this channel to me. I love retro games and watch a lot of videos about it, I’m a developer so I often watch programming and project management videos, and I love the music you use in your videos, I’ve listened to some of them theough UA-cam way before I heard them in your video. And, your content is in its own league in terms of quality.

Yeah I found it rather odd to hearing it, I don't think C++ was not even a thing back in 95/96 (which was a good thing... after C++ came around and started being teached in universities it just doesn't have the same agility and leads to over-engineering programmers)

THE CHANNEL DIES IN A WEEK (allegedly)
Damn. Here we are again. This morning I woke up to a dozen old copyright claims being filed. As a result, having 3+ copyright strikes has my channel marked for deletion in a week. I'm waiting on responses from folks right now to try and get this resolved, but honestly I'm less than hopeful. As if I needed more reasons to stay away from UA-cam, right? I'm going to lose everything if this channel goes away, but I'm sure as hell not going to lose this incredible audience and community I've created over these last 3 years - some of the best years of my life. I owe all of this to all of you, the folks who keep coming back just to see what I've been up to, or message me encouraging things when I'm not feeling 100%.
