Another tuber has some videos up about renting and fixing that very house (large Texan (?) with black hair - can't remember the name). When did the white haired gentleman step in to the picture?
I think the owner is going to see how nice the place is after all the renovations and they’ll change their mind about tearing it down. As cheap as his rent is even with all the spending, I wouldn’t even bother taking the stove or anything else with me. I would just walk away. Too bad the lot wasn’t just a little bit bigger. They could build their McMansion and use the remodeled older home as a rental property. They should actually look into another piece of property in that neighborhood if anything becomes available. It would be ashamed to tear all this apart. It’s really comfortable cool little spot he’s created. I love it.
I’m 65 years old and grew up with Santa as part of my Christmas experience. My siblings and I hang socks near the window and our parents filled them with candies.
Hey Mike, I'm a little confused. I watch your channel and a few other peoples channels and all of you and the others talk about how friendly the Filipinos are, how nice they are and how the crime rate is low. Yet, just about every time you show a house, they always have bars on the windows and doors. If they have a wall they have broken glass along the top of it plus in some cases they have barbwire around the wall. Just about everywhere where you walk, in the back ground you see a lot of armed police officers walking around with assult weapons. What gives?
I lived in some of the most prestigious areas in Southern California with very low crime rates. Everyone had walls and gates around their property, The wire and broken glass is more tradition than necessity. Most of the newer homes in the last 10 years do not have wire or broken glass. At least in the area of this house
Super inexpensive rent🎉 but building in another man property is a concept I don't understand. If I do invest in homes in the Philippines I need you two guys to rent from me 😂😂😂
He calculated the end cost per month for the period that he's going to be there, to be $100 a month AND he's going to be comfortable having most everything the way he likes it! I don't see anything wrong with that although I would be sad when I leave knowing it's going to be demo'ed.
