“Let’s take it one day at a time” I felt that, I pretty much grew up watching you guys so knowing that you all have hectic lives while we’re all in our 20s is kind of a relief lol. I’m definitely feeling motivated to work on my discipline in all aspects of my life

Maggie, Something that I found helpful is to have a glass of tang everyday. It is easy to get dehydrated this time of year when indoor air is so dry.That leads to fatigue and lethargy. I'm sure the vitamin C helps too. Stay away from video screens for an hour before bed. It will be easier to fall asleep. Reading is a great idea.Try to use longer wavelength light sources. Stay away from fluourescent lights. Most LEDs also have short wavelengths. Something with a reddish tint like the setting sun can help you fall asleep. If I am too exhausted to read, and too stressed to fall asleep, I find looking at art books helps. John James Audubon's Birds of North America is a good start, or landscape art, or Norman Rockwell, or Sister Wendy. Try the Public Library for art.
If you really cannot face the gym.....completely relate try working out at home....this has made my fittness journey more consistent....2 years from starting working out at home and I have a dedicated space but really all you need is a yoga mat and some dumbbells and/or kettle bells to start with

i'm pretty sure this video is not a good one to ask a question in but it's the most recent so i thought people would see my question better. I'm a gymnast and i really need a gymnastics mat to do back handsprings, cartwheels, back walkovers, so and so. All the mats i want are either too expensive or too small. Does anyone have a gymnastics mat that's big and not that expensive? i'm looking for a price range for about 30-60 dollars.
