Hello dear thanks for the video 🙏🏼 I have a recipe that calls for 30 g balls weight and I like the size the only thing is I want a bigger white ring … how can I achieve this please ? What it’s the trick to make that big ring around my doughnuts?

Good afternoon. Thank you for watching and I hope you subscribed too. Okay, great! It's okay to want a bigger line. But always allow your dough to be proof before frying. Furthermore, oil has a role to play too.

Hello dear, thank you so much for the question. You can check the description for more information. And no, you can't put in your fillings when your donut is hot. Make sure it's very cold before you add-in anything... This would help your filling sit in properly.
