Its always been like that, its the only show that has such loud music in their episodes, and background, its just how the FBI files have always done it ... they are also very old episodes....

Sometimes i like the older crime shows because the detectives had to really think outside the box to solve them. They didnt have as many CCTV, on star from the cars &no cell phone data.
Yeah forensics and hard detective work!! Frankly Many of the Old times methods are still in play today😎 Though they Can track loads of stuff if they get a phone handy!!!

The cigarette pack being opened from the bottom, I think used to be the way inmates would open them in the days when they could smoke in a prison.

1994-Oklahoma - A gruesome murder in a quiet street. Len Gurbers wife Karla was found stabbed and murdered. Len told police that he last saw his wife when he went to work but when he returned home for lunch he saw his wife’s body on the floor and he had a solid alibi. Then another suspect came to police attention.

That’s what usually happens when someone is murdered. The police suspect the people closest to the victim. The first suspect is always the spouse/fiance/partner.
And in most cases the investigators are right!
Yes that's the most likely suspect. As long as they don't develop tunnel vision and exclude other leads which does happen. Tunnel vision is not good for convicting the right person. Only for closing cases.
No good turn goes unpunished when the good turn done to the wrong people.Wisdom and common sense should override acts of kindness that are seen as a act of weakness in barbaric backward cultures coming to the western world.

That’s the seriousness of burglary. So often burglars end up killing victims that wake up or show up unexpectedly. It’s out of panic at the prospect of being identified and either going to prison, or returning back to prison after having been released. It’s just a reaction. Burglary is very dangerous.

Thankfully these shows focus on the forensics and detective work!! Just watched a video of some horrible serial killers… Focus was on their horrible “person” - Yes we need to know how their “brains” “work”

If there's NEW evidence it can be retried. They did away with double jeopardy a while back, thankfully!
@@OriginalBritishBabeThey didn’t here in the US. With the evidentiary revolution that is dna, the recent(ish) changes they’ve made in the UK and Australia (just to name a couple I’m aware of) make a lot of sense, but no changes in the law have been enacted here.
These have all been shown before, calling the episode a different name does not make them new. 😂

Now, the 1st story had a black man getting the death penalty as he should. The 2nd story had a man killing his mom and he got 35 yrs. Why is this always the case. Excuses please!!!!
