This cutscene felt a little lazy imo. It’s just the Ultra Greed ending but Isaac turns into a spider fountain

Hey, i do believe i found something. Last day on a run i had holy water and throw it on mausoleum door. The bosss fight was a mess so i might be wrong, all i know the door were open. I do't have any knowledge on console commands etc. Can you check it out pls?

There are a few different methods for opening the door without the Knife Pieces, it was probably one of them in all that mess. Just tested it and Holy Water does not seem to do anything.
