At 2:20 the impact throws the simulated roo up the bonnet proving how useless the new laid back designs are. A kangaroo through the windsceen is not a very safe outcome and is in fact proof of how much more dangerous the new legally required design is.
Why aren't push bars and bull bars and brush bars (there is a difference) harnessed and welded to shocks/springs/coils ? I can't help but feel it will still do its job but better than your normal pushbars/ bullbar/brushbar because you'll be able to "push" at a higher speed without as much risk of frame damage

@@william6815 This is just a false idea you have made up in your mind. Actually look at pedestrians crossing, vary rarely do people look at their phone. BECAUSE PEOPLE DONT WANT TO DIE. Most incidents are due to driver carelessness or a drunk pedestrian.

Only 1.7% of country road crashes are with animals. (obviously there are many unreported animal impacts)
Which means you are more likely to have a bad impact with a tree or another vehicle. In these scenarios you are worse off with a bullbar.
I work remote and commute weekly. Nobody I know has reported animal impacts, nor have I. I really don’t think the majority of people do; just an assumption though. I’ve probably sadly hit 20-30 kangaroos total, and a few emus. Historically, at least for me running on the current trends, I’m a lot more likely to hit an animal than a car or tree
