저정도 양이면 소주를 최소 2리터는 부어야 할것 같습니다
제가 라면끓일때 계란 노른자 잡내 때문에 계란1알 잡내잡는데 빨간소주 1병의 1/4 혹은 1/5 정도를 그릇에 넣고 거기에 계란을 넣은후 풀어서 라면에 집어넣거든요
물론 라면 넣기전에 넣어야하죠
너무 늦게 넣으면 알콜이 전부 증발이 안되면 쓴맛이 나거든요
아무튼 저정도 양의 족발이면 소주를 대꼬리로 최소 한병은 넣어야 잡내가 조금 잡힙니다
이천송이족발이랑 같나요?ㅎ

하루 120족 사실이죠? 안팔아본 사람은 하루 120족이 얼마만큼인지 가늠하긴 어렵죠 10평에서 그렇게 판매 하기는 힘들텐데요...
유튜브성공팔이 방송을 그대로 믿는다는게ㅎㅎ 한달매출1억이넘는데 최소 주방직원3명이상은써야죠 혼자 어찌 감당합니까
@@하늘소리-v4y 혼자냐고 한적은 없구요 하루 120족이 중요한겁니다 직원이 3명이였건 10명이였건 평당수익을 말한거구요 10평에서 120족은 직원 인원수를 떠나 개빡쌥니다 아마 한달 이상 일하는 사람 없을듯..
@@벌꿀오소리-r4b 10평 구조에서 월매출 1억이 가능할까 의문점이기는 하지만 장사만 잘된다면 거기에 맞는 인원을 쓰겠죠 물론 절대 주방 혼자 못쳐내죠 ㅎㅎ 물론 전 매출도 불가능이라고 봅니다 ㅎㅎ 30평기준으로 오전 오후 두번 삶고 족발 작업및 삶는 인원 써는담당까지해도 4명이상은 있어야하고 홀 기본 두명에 주방 이모 1명 최소 직원 7명은 둬야죠
여러가지 장사중에 족발은 인생을 바쳐야합니다 그냥저냥 전나 장사만해야합니다
맛집이 글쵸 다른집들 어제꺼 아래남은거 ㅠ 일주일 보관해서 파는집 많음 ㅠ
대부분 저종물로 한달이상 쓰지않냐
설탕 소금 조미료 범벅 그렇게 자극적으로 만드니 맛이 없을 수가 없지~ 집밥이 최고고 자연식이 최고다 입에 맞는 음식은 몸을 상하고 입에 안맞는 음식은 몸을 살린다
