INGREDIENTS

All-purpose flour - 1/2 Cup (60 gm)
Baking powder - 1/2 Tsp
Baking Soda - 1/8 Tsp.
Salt - 1 Pinch
Sugar - 6 Tbsp.
Egg - 3 Nos.
Vanilla Essence - 1/2 Tsp
Sunflower oil - 2 Tbsp
Mixed fruit jam - 2 Tbsp
രശ്മി ചേച്ചി ഞാൻ ചേച്ചിയുടെ യുടെ മിക്ക റെസിപിയും കാണാറുണ്ട്. അതിൽ പലതും ട്രൈ ചെയ്യാറുണ്ട്. എന്നാൽ സ്വിസ്സ്റോൾ ഫ്രൈ പാനിൽ ശരിയാകുമെന്ന് വിചാരിച്ചില്ല. പക്ഷെ സൂപ്പർ ആയിരുന്നു. ഞാൻ ജാം വെച്ചും പിന്നെ ഡെസിക്കറ്റഡ് കൊക്കനട്ട് വെച്ചും ഇതു ഉണ്ടാക്കി എനിക്ക് FB യോ ഒന്നുമില്ല. എനിക്ക് ഫോട്ടോ അയച്ചു തരണമെന്നു തോന്നി. അത്രക്കും സന്തോഷം ആയി. താങ്ക്‌യൂ സോ മച്ച്. 😍😍😍❤👍👍👍

I tried this with the specified measurements. I used oven to baked it. It's really good and tasty. I have not used coconut... Next time I will try with mixed fruit and coconut

Dear.. I tried this recipe but it didn't come out well.. I have taken 8 tblspn flour and all same quantity which you have mentioned here.. But the cake baked well but I couldn't roll it as a Swissroll.. Bcz the cake was thick.. May be 8 tblspn flour is not needed.. I think half cup means only 4 tblspn
