Lisa Chlastawa I totes agree!! I was sketchy at first, but after watching all the vids on YT and news, I'm pretty sure Mike is innocent. EVEN if he isn't, they never had enough evidence to sentence Mike to death!! Kyle with his "pathetic fake ass sad little disturbed puppy dog" act during his testimony is the guilty looking one! Look at what he said from the beginning, "We have nothing else to do but blame it all on Mike"!! Shit in one of these trial vids.... when Kyle's talking, he even says, "I SHOT HIM"! No one else in court room caught it but I and other YT'rs heard it plain as day!!

Here's the update on his sentence: His original jury voted 10-2 in favor of the death penalty and so he was sentenced to death. Florida then changed their law to where the jury had to be unanimous for a death penalty. This meant that he got another sentencing phase with a new jury to determine his new sentence, giving him hope that he may avoid the death penalty, thanks to the new law. The new jury then _unanimously_ voted for the death penalty and he was sentenced to death, again. Lol

I love how this guy is painting himself as a voice of reason and an upstanding citizen that avoids all confrontation and violence when he single handedly decided he was going to kill Seath, break his kneecaps, burn his body and rip his teeth out of his skull. Yeah, REAL level headed dude. The others were involved but none of them to the violent degree this guy was. Amber lured Seath to the house through a text message (pretending to try to make up with him) with the knowledge that Mike would kill him when he got there and then pretended that she didn't do anything because she didn't pull the trigger. Everyone in the scenario is a hot freaking mess. Bath Salts. Mike says Kyle was on meth, in Seath's old social media accounts he accuses Amber of also being on meth, Kyle said before the killing Mike did some white pills, etc. At the time of the interrogation Charlie is married to a guy who is already in jail for being a sexual predator and when she gets arrested she gets upset that he 'probably won't wait for her to get out of jail' but she's also out here screwing Kyle and thinks she's pregnant by him? Kyle also has another girlfriend he doesn't want to lose (but did) and is out here sleeping with married Charlie and thinking he got her pregnant. Amber is not with Mike but they have a 'thing' even though Mike is kinda on again off again dating this other girl, etc. Randomly out of no where Mike mentions Amber was going through Chemo? WTF is going on with this Jerry Springer ass shit? Half of the people involved are children, on meth?! Screwing around? Like, seriously. This entire situation is just screwed. WHERE are the parents doing this entire thing?! Messy, trashy, etc. I know full grown adults that don't have this much drama going on. This whole thing is a whirlwind of a story. And honestly, I seen the stuff the victim was writing and saying. I get that he clearly had his own problems, especially to be willingly involved with some of these people. But that doesn't mean he deserved to be ambushed and killed. (I'm not buying the story they Mike and Amber weaved about Seath's character either. I'm just saying, lots of troubled youths in this story.)

seriously! this whole situation was a damn mess and the PARENTS are 10000% to blame. Why was a 14 year old (at the time, Amber) messing with an 18 year old?! this whole situation feels like the plot of a badly written netflix tv show

When I got pregnant I got my ish together real quick. Now 12 years later I have 2 loving, empathetic, and very well adjusted sons. I'm a damn good parent too. Haven't even gotten a speeding ticket since I got sober. Thank God or my kids would have ended up like this fool.

If you're interested- you can read up on the "narrative testimony" here...
      www.uchastings.edu/news/articles/2013/03/zitrin-criminal-narrative.php
This method allows the attorney (in this case, Michael's attorney) to tell his story even though he knows it's all a lie- so the attorney can not be accountable for allowing fraudulent testimony to come in. The result is that no one will ask any questions, on direct or cross- instead Michael will tell his version of events for the record.
