People capable of, such a heinous act, are not on the same frequency, as those who are capable, of compassion and empathy. Their bodies, are merely shells, for very, very, dark and disturbed spirits.
"My grandparents are elderly people." Interesting and no doubt he's the first to have elderly grandparents. I'm sure if he had young, nimble grandparents, all this would have been avoided. 😮

You’ve been hit by… a smooth criminal. Seriously, how did he not consider how his demeanour alone would affect his trial. His sociopathy is on full display here. Notice at inappropriate times he can’t help laughing, smiling, having overt reactions to due process. This boy packed full of ASPD. He was on his way to becoming a dangerous manipulator no matter where he was.
He wants you to believe that he is the "big Brother" the voice of reason and the one who takes the moral high ground, all while cheating, doing drugs and hanging out with kids
PinkDiamondDiva18 well that sucks, I will say he doesn’t seem like a meth user. Just seems like a normal dude, jury must have been paid off or were just a bunch of old fucks
what a stand up guy. the way he tells it he has great morals, and looks out for everyone, giving them all great advice. He portrays himself as everyones good conscience sitting on their shoulder whispering in their ear about everything from drug addiction to gun safety. I havnt watched it all, but i cant imagine this guy ever did anything wrong. ever. he's perfect, just ask him
LOLLL right? Such an angel, he’s so smart and good and just has the answer to everything - his life is so interesting and everyone wants to know the details of every story he has to tell, down to the detail of the direction he turned
I know I’m super late to your comment but it’s 5am. Couldn’t sleep, supposed to be. Watched the interrogation first and now this and I cannot shut my eyes lol
Not really. It's the same stuff over and over again. He comes up quote for quote what he's trying to say they said, but notice how what he said is always so vague and "innocent" when it comes to what he said. "I avoid problems as much as I can." Proceeds to tell a story with nothing but problems where he is there the whole time and makes himself look more and more guilty. His story telling is entertaining, but he sucks at telling it and sucks even worse at trying to deflect attention off of himself. He already had the dad of an out of town girlfriend he stayed with after the murder tell the cops that he admitted what he did to him. Mike was effed from the start, and he dug himself even deeper with his so called story and alibies!
The victim always gets painted as an angel. It's obvious he did some very antagonistic things to bring this entire group to do what they did. There's no justifying or anything, but Seath definitely was no angel. The more crap a person does, the more crap they're likely to run into.
gobsmacked watching this. the way he's talking and acting so casual, rocking back and forth etc on the chair. i'm surprised he didn't put his feet up. one of the worst liars i've ever seen.
I think it's him trying to keep calm. He's probably anxious about being in front of people and talking about everything that happened. I did the same thing when I'm in trouble at school. I act cocky because i like to give off an "idgaf" attitude do people won't walk on me or think I'm weak. Give the guy a break. How do you want him to act? If he acts sad, people will take it as him playing victim or trying to get sympathy.
Are you too thick to realize he has a thesaurus' worth of psychological problems? He's up for resentencing next year, these are some that were ignored: frontal lobe brain damage, bipolar disorder, schizoaffective disorder, complex partial seizure disorder, hallucinations and diminished control over inhibitions. All that shit he had from a child and there's a medical history detailing it all from long before all that happened.
Man, he has the best heart of gold. Just by him telling this story, he is laughing when this kid was murdered. I have never seen where someone gets to sit down and just tell his story.
Sphinx, I think it is you that needs to watch videos. There are witnesses to him admitting he shot and tortured Jackson. It’s dusturbing how detailed he went into killing Jackson to these people, like he was proud. He is as guilty as you can get and deserves his death sentence.
@biggyunit while I agree with what you say I also feel everyone involved should have as well. They all participated. He just pulled the trigger. But they are equally as guilty.
i swear if i watched this video before watching other testimonies i would’ve believed that he isn’t guilty for sure… he’s a pro storyteller and a player he makes u believe him no matter what i’m glad i watched other testemonies and how he was bragging about killing Seath PLUS he told every person he knew about it lol… what a narcissist manipulator he is… i’m shocked
@m. you're very gullible and don't know how to read people then. He's clearly lying his ass off just based on his eye movement and body language alone. Plus if you watch the whole thing he almost tells on himself several times, and when the prosecution objects he always loses his train of thought and has to take a few seconds to look around the room and think up more lies.
The saddest part about this (aside from Seath obviously) Mike could've been a completely different person and had a different life. He portrays himself to be this great guy, which means he understands the difference between right and wrong. Not very educated but he can talk and is a natural speaker. Different upbringing, smarter choices, he would've made a good salesperson or something like that. Have zero pity, but people so young, I can't help but think about "what if"
He doesn't understand right and wrong if he horribly murdered someone. 🙄 He's trying to portray himself as innocent because he's a psycho and socio path with no remorse for anything. You people trying to take up for them are rediculous 🤦♂️
True, a good looking fellow, sharp speaker with a confident body language. He could have achieved much in life under different circumstances and good guidance. It's sad, is all gone in vain now !
Who does that?... let's see Jeffrey Dahmer, Charles Manson, Jack the Ripper, Ted Bundy, John Wayne Gacey and this kid. That's who would shoot rats. Fucking psychos
‘I keep a few things on the shelf. I keep the gun on the shelf. I keep a bottle of pills, you know. Muscle relaxers. Drug paraphernalia you know bongs and gas masks and you know, that stuff’ His attorney must’ve been on drugs who the hell let this man on the stand
Poor Mike...just an innocent soul who got dragged into all of this evil. Even gives his friend's lectures about improving their work ethics. Those cops should've seen that Mike was the one who tried (unsuccessfully) to show "tough love" and talk his friends out of making reckless choices. A good guy can't even catch a break. Smh.
Eric, indeed, you have to pretend to be innocent - but not to the point of behaving like a random passerby caught in the street, returning from a bar 😅
I share the pain of the poor stenographer who had to type that. Seriously, it seems like the kid was trying to purposely off himself with that testimony.
I just commented the same thing but you said it better than I did. It's like he's saying to himself "lets just get convicted of murder and call it a day".
4:45 Wow this is incredible he is such a narcissistic sociopath he actually got so wrapped up in he’s storytelling that he forgot for a minute that he killed the kid
yep! At times the sociopath clients think because they fooled some in their lives, that they can also fool a jury of peers, not invested in any way in their bs, and it never works!
Without ever even meeting his parents- I can tell you this man’s father is the same exact way. I’ve dated this exact kid (not him exactly but his kind lol) multiple times. Charmer, dangerous, will talk your ear off into believing/listening to them… dangerous

Did dude forget he’s in court? Would you like a beer and a joint while you’re telling us your story? 😂🤦🏼♀️ Btw, someone should’ve told him a couple things… 1. The jury aren’t his boys. 2. Too many details is a huge indication you’re rambling a buncha BS. I died when he explained how he grabbed the pill bottle, opened up the pill bottle, took the pill, then put the cap back on. 😂🤦🏼♀️ 3. Overusing, “Um-uh,” and, “couple days go by…” is VERY irritating 😂
If you're interested- you can read up on the "narrative testimony" here... www.uchastings.edu/news/articles/2013/03/zitrin-criminal-narrative.php This method allows the attorney (in this case, Michael's attorney) to tell his story even though he knows it's all a lie- so the attorney can not be accountable for allowing fraudulent testimony to come in. The result is that no one will ask any questions, on direct or cross- instead Michael will tell his version of events for the record.

I know this is old but I’m sitting here trying to figure out what all of this has to do with the trial. Why was he allowed to continue with irrelevant stuff.
It’s cuz this is a death penalty case. He’s sinking his own ship and his appeal chances greatly decrease. He won’t be able to argue that he wasn’t allowed to say his piece. This whole thing is a win for the prosecution.

We’d only be 2’6” tall apparently but the example he sets is something we should all do our best to emulate.

I think it is you that needs to watch videos.

This method allows the attorney (in this case, Michael's attorney) to tell his story even though he knows it's all a lie- so the attorney can not be accountable for allowing fraudulent testimony to come in. The result is that no one will ask any questions, on direct or cross- instead Michael will tell his version of events for the record.
