I really like the design, inspired me a lot to improve my 1x1 for online raid defensibility. However, there is one significant weakness: You can blow through one door to get at the armored foundations that seal the bunker, so effectively it's a double door plus one armored wall to main loot if you know which side the bunker is on (which can be identified by checking stability). Also I'd really like to see external TCs, which can also help with upkeep by not having the entrance bedrooms attached to the base.

Great design, you could however try to replace the doors for the peek on the roof with some wooden signs and create a similar small gap as on the others once, after all they can anyways not go through if they destroy the sign

It has not been patched. Just upgrade the walls/wallframes/half walls below that collide with the square to sheet metal and there will be space. Make sure it isn’t shipping container as it has a different hitbox

Use one hammer and it's gone in a little over a minute. Or bring one incendiary rocket. Destroying a large furnace with rockets is the absolute least efficient and would cost 7000 sulfur xD
As a solo I just freehand whatever, and end up building giant bricks with multiple pancaking and honeycomb that costs a fortune. I have never built peaks. I’m trying to learn how to build some of these bases, but I’d have to go step by step since I can’t remember what comes next. I wish I had a buddy who could show me, since I learn better that way. These bases are really cool and I’d love to be able to build them.
what do u think about not walling off the softside of the bunker ( min 8:58 ) and instead putting down singledoorframes where u can put vendingmachines in for more loot space near tc so all the loot is very central while beeing online? :) or is the idea dumb? :D

It's hard out here trying to be like willjum in the snow.lol this base is ideal cost for me as a shit solo player grinding up more than 5k stone 5k metal and 50 hq is about all I can spare everyday in resources for upkeep it's hard finding strong enough and well designed builds for that cost and I've spent many hours on build servers trying my hand but you know so many little nuances I dont know that saves pieces and makes it that much cheaper. 8:58 when you said make sure you have a bag or you will get locked out and it fucking sucks I once made a bunker and forgot to make a bag in core and had to raid my self with all my boom which ended up getting me raided

Yeah you can add externals on any side, and even if you go thru those high foundations you still gotta blow thru the vending machine for tc

Large furnaces can be eco raided very easily, with any melee tool. In fact you can destroy them with 2 rocks...

Ah it's because I upgraded the walls to metal that the turret looks at, and the metal sheet obstructs the placement
that tc can still be shot if u see the open option u can shoot it unless im not doing it right xd :)
