- Cold forging me kisi bhi metal ko compress karke die k hisaab se metal ko kisi bhi desired shape me laaya jata hai.
Construction site pe.. forging q karte hain? Qki steel k end portion pe forging karne se wo Compress hota hai.. isliye agar utne se portion me koi cracks ya voids hain.. toh wo flaws fill hojaate hain.. jisse ki strength ko enhance karta hai.
Forging karne ka ek aur purpose hota hai end ko bulge karna.. taaki...... threading karte waqt steel k dia. Me jo decrement hoga.. usko nullify kar sake.
Ab. Ye sab kaise karte hain..
Friends. Just for your reference.. ye 32mm steel rebar ka die or punch hai jo machine k andar hota hai.. isike andar steel ko insert kiya jaata hai. Die k inner side me aapko conical or square side dekhne ko milega. Compress karne se conical vaale portion me steel thickness me 3-4 mm ka badhotri hota hai. Or square side me 0.1-0.5 mm ka badhotri hota hai... Jo ki threading karne pe firse net 32 mm ka hojaata hai. Isme hum load kitna dete hain.. 140 kg/cm².
or ye sab ambient temperature pe hi kiya jaata hai. Or fir ise pvc cap se cover kar diya jaata hai to protect it from getting damage.
Advantages:

Job thickness - dia. Increament 3-4mm in inclined and 0.1 to 0.5 mm on square
Pitch- 25 and 30 mm bar- 3 mm roller and coupler is 4mm
