Thanks for the video Ben. I think the aesthetic effect of a wider bottom rail will be really interesting, as well as being a creative way to solve the problem.
Good to see you back. So sorry to learn of water issues and hope little damage was done. Living in the American Southwest "cowboy movie" desert we tend to forget about "rainy skies and gales". Heat is our biggie. I do hope the holidays were enjoyable. Good to see an example of after design modification. I don't remember seeing the band saw used for end cutting. Very interesting and time saving. Keeping a narrow opening for the wood is smart to prevent band movement. Always impressed with your tidy shop strategies. Speaking of strategy curiosity - in the UK what are one piece work coveralls termed. It seems Yanks have rather foolishly abandoned them. I never wore them.
@@MakerBoyOldBoy Thanks, Gary. Yes, it's good to get back into things. Heat and dry seem to be at a premium in the UK this last 12 months. We have been 20inches of rain over average and it's the 2nd dullest year we've had in the last 12 years (we have solar panels that recorded how much sun we've had). Our one piece workware are usually known as overalls. Thanks for your continued encouragement and support. See you soon.
Great to see you back again Ben, hope you had a great Christmas 👍
