You do know that the house and Senate HAVE TO VOTE on a bill to pass. If the majority agrees (from both Republicans and Democrats) then it gets sent to the president. The reason many bills don't get signed is because majority of house and senate disagree on them.

As a 33 year old I say ban it I find it to be overwhelming negative and not good long term.
