When I was a kid. about 1958-59, my Dad drove a 500 with the roll-back canvas roof. He took me to the doctor in it after I had a mishap with a ski pole. I remember the car more than the mishap. Love your channel!
I love this! This is going to be my favorite youtube channel for sure! I have both a Zastava 750 💛(Yugoslav version of Fiat600D) and a Porsche 924🖤. I love that we have the same taste in cars and it's incredible to see them both in your first reviews! Looking forward to seeing more videos! Greetings from Serbia!❤
I visited Florence about 20 years ago. I'm a big fan of Vespa's. I bought some ice cream right there at the Duomo, sat on the step, and watched about 1000 Vespa's go by. My mind couldn't handle it, they just kept coming! I decided later that it was one of those perfect moments in life, just sitting on step of the Duomo eating ice cream with endless Vespa's. I couldn't stop smiling, then or now! I like your channel very much, it's super interesting and cool. -Paul, USA
Love the video and can't wait for what is coming in the future. I was actually looking for inspiration in 600d restoration about how to go on about it. And such a cute doggo. Can't wait for the 600 to be back on the streets again.
Thanks Shirani, yes some cosmetic changes occurred from the 600D first to third series! Good on you for restoring one...every 600 kept on the road is more than worth it...
My first car was identical to yours. Same colour, year, and type of doors. It was eight years old in 1972 when I bought it. I paid £10 for it at the time, which was about three days of my wages then. Probably about 250 euros in today's money. I live near Inverness in Scotland, so my one had the steering wheel on the right hand side. I had several Fiats over the years and liked every one of them. A Fiat 128 estate 1979, a Mirafiori saloon 1981, and another Mirafiori saloon 1983. Holidayed in Italy many times and always liked to visit.
Outstanding! Che bravi ragazzi! Taluh is SO much better than Jeremy Clarkson on Top Gear. The music is great fun, and I love the moment when the police car crawls past the parked 600. Una cosa è sicura: deviamo salvare (e amore) queste vecchie macchine. Continuate così!
Together with "Mike's Italian Garage" my UA-cam discovery of 2023.
Looking forward to whatever what may come and wishing un felice anno nuovo 🙂
Many thanks, that is exciting to hear! Yes, we already have many stories planned for 2024!

Adorabile little machine (but big inside) with a little jewel of an engine.
Agree...spacious!
