love the design, tho i wish the camera angles were a little better and didn't focus too much on the knick knacks hanging on the shelves.
The long glass with grills and color combination makes the design stunning!
Really not sure why youl would not extend the second story over the garage for more space? Like the goal is to utilize small plots of land and if you are going to do something like this it is a huge waste not to utilize space above the garage. Could have made it a whole second bedroom.

I like the design but I think one bathroom should be enough for a tiny home. Idk maybe give more kitchen space.

The garage roof could be converted into a wide balcony extension as well
Honestly, that entire section above the carport is a missed opportunity to utilize more space, even the carport itself feels far too minimalist just for the sake of visibility.
I would use that space for another bedroom.
I'd use for more patio space and build with a basement if your soil allows it

I love the layout, but there's noooooo storage.
That’s my one concern for these tiny homes. No storage is the deal breaker.

Karyanya sich sangat bgs,,bahkan bgs bnget,,,alangkah baiknya jika disertai penjelasannya ( ukuran + biaya) dan usahakan bwt warna yg cerah,,kurang suka warna gelap,,
Some very cute features and a nice, bright feel to the place but a couple of small but seriously impractical omissions.
I personally would require some surface (table or otherwise) in the 'living room' to put down a cup/glass, cellphone, book, reading glasses, TV remote, etc and there is no possible place for any such a piece without blocking the walkway, or requiring one to stand and use the shelves by the stairs as a table.
Similarly in the bedroom, where does one put a water glass, book, TV remote, spectacles, and cellphone? Up there, there appeared to be no area available even beyond reach of the bed.
I also detest shower room style bathrooms where everything ends up wet or water spotted.
Having said that however, the place does cover a lot of functions for such a small footprint, and the video tour was enjoyable.

It's a really cute and adorable stylish style made small house or what persons refer to as tiny house.↗ I'm not looking to buy a house, I'm just 👀 looking😁↗ I love the upper balcony connections to the house sweeet to stand out on and or sit and relax out on and maybe do crossword puzzles and or some artwork, writing or reading etc; and the style of the inside made of house are also lovable for person's to choose to live in peacefully and or happily as some people are for such small or listed as tiny house because the don't want the responsibility to have to clean and or keep up bigger space in housing; while some people are interested in because it's what they can afford of including to pay for water, gas and or electric to make built-in luxury work; while some people do have the money to buy bigger house, but, prefer to pick and choose to live in smaller house or listed as tiny house for personal or business reasons of theirs.😘

No offense but i just don’t get why people wanna go tiny. I love having all my space and furniture. I couldn’t part with any of my stuff and my big kitchen. I don’t get it.
No need for a shower in downstairs bathroom.
Always nice to see nice concepts...but,...haven been studying this stuff for years now....any company doing this...at a 25-50% profit...would need to charge in 2022 dollars, over 250K....even if "Factory Build and delivered". Money has NO value...and no one has a sustainable income any longer in the world.

How much would you spend with this kind of house?
Way too small to be economical or practical. Small = high cost per square foot. Also, you shouldn't build a two story home this small because a large portion of both floors is wasted on the stairwell. Are these even real architects designing these homes? They look more like amateur concepts. And why are the sizes given in meters?
Cute, but no bathtub and no storage of any kind nor closet.
I noticed none of these houses have tubs !!!! I like to relax in a tub once in a while !!!! 🤔🤔🤔
Looks uncomfortably small. confined spaces would wear on you after while.
The dining and chilling area are awful .
