How could the Iran Goverment strictly considered the land as agricultural, when even the wild grasses refuse to grow because of the absence of irrigation facilities. Words cannot express how painful it is to watch your Home being demolished. Once upon a time it was filled with laughter of the children,playing football and throwing snowballs with beautiful smile in their face. The memories of their mother Fatima were turned into dust and rubbles in the hands of the cruel government.
So many people came out to support you in this senseless devastation. My heart goes out to those people that were arrested and hope they will be released soon. I want to say that your nomadic women are truly amazing, such strength both physically and spiritually and they knew what to save in the house. How they managed to save the stone countertops, kitchen cabinets and all your new appliances down to the kitchen sink and hauling them out is truly awe inspiring. building permit are needed - ok that's fine - but Govt. is not helping poor nomads - permit is too expensive (30million tomans??) why not consider to get a permit for 1 month & if not provided then demolish those houses or hut? no consideration in your Govt. but Ali Khamenei & others are living in MANSIONS & supporting Houthis, Hamas, Hezbollah with billions of money, poor people

I was looking into this and found out that the engineer isnt the only one who's home have been demolished but many other people as well. People who had permits but still lost their houses, and when they speak up on this they get arrested. It seems that the government is working together with those who sell the land, and then take it away and keep the money. What a terrible country to live in. I am sorry Engineer Babazadeh that you and the children are going through this. Please go through the right legal process to reclaim your land or your money back; and if no one shows up then make sure next time you invest your money you go through the right people. Do not go by word of mouth or by trusting someone, make sure to go to the correct government office. This way there will be proof that can show if the government is indeed at fault or not.

There will be no compensation. A lawyer will not have a chance against the government of Iran. This is not a new problem. There are laws to protect the Nomads and their migration routes, the government ignores them. In just about any country if they declare you an enemy of the state … they take everything … money, homes, lands, and freedoms.
It's sad to see the demolition of your historic house, Mr. Engineer. Is your government that cruel towards its people? If it's not allowed and you have to get permission, why weren't you given a warning first, at least a notice board was put up, not allowed to build the building. Why wasn't it monitored, and demolished when you just started building. Why? demolished when the building was in good condition and permanent. Why weren't we given the opportunity to clear things up and move? I'm sad to see a situation like this. How small communities are helpless against the authorities

Absolutely disgusting. The Iranian government definitely does not have any compassion for it's people. This family will stick together no matter what is thrown at them. Engineer Babazadeh is one of a kind man and he will always take care of these children whom he loves from the bottom of his heart. My heart goes out to them.

I don't think you would build a building in a camping area in America, would you? All these people have homes in the city and are only allowed to camp in the mountains because it is protected area regardless of which government is in charge. If you did build in camping area in America, how do you think your government would react?
That is why people in that country suffer injustices. They are nomadic people. The people that work the land they deserve to have a house where they work. Some can not afford to live in town. The engineer was doing something good. That is an evil government coming in. May God have mercy on him.
