Very pretty layout, thank you for sharing your ideas. I'll have to check out that paper for my heritage album. I too love visiting that tea shop when visiting Cambria. That's a fun little town to walk through and stop for lunch.

Gorgeous layout. I am not gonna lie; I was really unsure about your choice to use the ledger paper to mat the photo. Once I saw that the mat was big enough to show it is ledger paper, I 'got' it. And I liked it. I just LOVE ledger paper, and I often use it for a base so I can journal directly on it, so it took me a minute to make the switch.
It turned out beautifully, as all your layouts do!
I am glad you enjoyed how it turned out. Ledger paper is perfect for journaling! It's such a simple pattern but I never get tired of using it.

This layout is so pretty! I enjoy listening to you explain your thought process so much as you create your layouts. I love anything with hearts and this collection is calling my name!! I was thinking it would be nice to use for anniversary photos or maybe a wedding too.

Another pretty layout Erin…I really love the doily die cut, but struggle with popping out all those tiny pieces, so I looked on Amazon and found a rolling tool to help me with my problem. I sure hope it helps…I love the doily die cut so much!
Hello Joyce! I add a cardstock shim to my die cutting sandwich for the doily and find it cuts a lot cleaner and the pieces fall out. Try running it through twice, that might help too.

I really like this more clean and delicate looking layout. I was surprised that you didn't outline your light coloured papers with ink like you normally do! I like it without though, it's really pretty. What made you decide not to do that this time?
It’s really funny you mention that because I actually did ink the edges off camera. I used Mink ink and it’s so light you really can’t see it on camera but in person it’s a nice subtle definition.
I like the t Square Ruler you use. Where did you get it?

A very lovely page but I think you could jazz up the edging a bit by adding some of Katie's bows to it, as they just seem to finish off edges 💞beautifully.
