One of our Aussies managed to hurt her rear leg (rough-housing with the other one) over the week-end and was acting much the same. We have canine acetaminophen and dosed her food for a couple of days, while watching her. She was acting silly and fine by 9:00 am on Monday before we could call the vet. Silly girl refuses to act her (10 yr old) age.
Key is so polite waiting for permission to dine and he's so cute reversing his rear end into position. Hope the leg is soon pain free ❤

Jodie, you can also apply a hot wet compress and muscle massage to the affected area on Key. It helps immensely to remove trapped acid in the muscle which aids pain relief and promotes the healing process to the hurt area. My grandparents who kept all kinds of animals on our farm, used this method on all their animals. Give it a try and I hope it works for Key. DC

oh bless him , my siamese who was 22 yrs old absolutely loved his metacam he was the perfect advert for taking his medicine. he sat down on my knee and open his mouth and just loved the it ! bless him ! but Key did very well disguised in his meal but its amazing what tasty food can do ! hope he gets better soon love him ! lots of love liz xxxxxx
Key was no overly enthusiastic about going to the vet, until he realized it was a lady vet. Then he perked right up. Key is definitely a ladies pup.

OMG...,. My heart dropped when I read the title 😢... I was genuinely scared and concerned and to be honest that doesn't happen to me very easily but I thought little buddy Key got seriously hurt😢 Thank Heavens it wasn't life threatening. Its so wild how Iv come to care so much about a Amazing furry friend all the way across the pond in the UK. Just shows how Incredible Key is! Love ya and wish you a speedy recovery my little friend!

Poor Key😟. We got this for our dog when he sprained his leg. A fellow dog walker saw him limping and recommended Arnica drops in food if he seems stiff after long walk, and it works really well.
