There are different rules for different types of checkers. This one here is perhaps the russian version,and the King can jump multiple linear squqres tok in it. The american one has fewer pieces. And with no mcuch freedom for the king
This draught has humbled me,but I'v learned a few things, these people play with patience and dignity not like here we do play with lots of distractors and mockery.Secondly it's even complicated to count there pieces because that are scattered allover.Where I do play who will allow you all that time of reasoning before playing?

Draughts is by far more intertaining, there is no much theory and memorising in it. Moreover the tactics (combinations) played here are more beautiful.
