Oru small tips from my side, rice add pandradhukku munnadi oru cup thengaai paal add pannaa vera level la irukkum. Idhu chef daamu kita irunthu suttadhu. 😉😃and also prawn porikkura masala la pizza seasoning add panni paarunga, prawn semaya irukum.

Best prawn biryani recipe out there. Tried this and it came out really well. Just made a small modification while cooking rice, added all the whole spices, shahi jeera, oil, some mint leaves and a spoon of biryani powder in the boiling water.
