The mother’s priority is to drop of their kids at school so they don’t be late & get their education. There is nothing wrong with dressing up nice or look presentable (bc kids can be embarrassed by the way their parents look) but no one has the right to judge someone by the way the look especially in the morning & not everyone is a morning person lol

Women are revolutionary at coming up with new ways to tear down other women. Here’s a suggestion, if this woman is so offended by the mothers with bad hair and no makeup have a Mary Kay party. Invite them over and show them how to be beauty queens. If you don’t want to do all that, then you could simply mind your business. 🤷🏽‍♀️
Seriously, either you’re judged for being single, having too much sex, not having enough sex, not having kids, not having more kids, not having a “natural” birth, not losing the baby weight quick enough, not breastfeeding long enough, being a stay at home mom, working outside the home, not being glammed when dropping your kid off at school, and the list goes on and on. It never ends. Just do the best that you possibly can, trying to please these “perfect” people will leave you miserable.

Lol yes and I was here for it. Tamera can be so annoying sometimes like she's the 1st mom on earth like plenty of ppl have done what you're doing. And she always speaks like she's the only person who can have a valid opinion whenever the topic is about children like some things you don't have to be a parent to relate to. Anyone who's babysat kids before and had to take them to school can relate. Some kids get that experience as teens being the older sibling and maybe they've taken their younger siblings to school. Like no Tamera you don't have to have kids to be able to understand and have had the experience of taking a kid to school smh. She loves to dismiss their opinions if it's not the same as hers just bc she's the only mom but you don't have to be a parent to have a perspective on certain things, esp this topic. So glad Loni checked her.

Paula Gomez .. I felt like Tamera was very relevant because she was saying she makes sure she looks clean and presentable..Not all done up! And she highlighted that She doesn't do it for other moms, it's done for HER OWN benefit!
And like Adrienne also said, a teacher may want to talk to you etc.. Which is true, so at least people should brush their teeth. Morning breath is a No! 😷So Both Loni and Tamera were actually saying the same thing, it's just that because Tamera is the only mom there she was giving a little more detail about how she dresses and cleans up before going out. Explaining how it doesn't have to be over the top. Just basic and Presentable will do.
The mom who wrote that did sound judgemental though, but she was right about the morning breath part!
Tamera's explanation could be seen as top tips to some viewers who are moms who maybe don't know how to just put on a basic outfit and think they have to be dressed up to the nines. 👍

I feel like as long as you are covered up appropriately and not offensive (including hygiene) I don’t care. Sometimes parents work night shift or late hours. They just want to drop their kid or kid(s) off and get back in the bed when they get home. Schools start early. Some as early as 7:45 and sometimes before care for kids as early as 6am. I think jeans and a T-shirt is good enough. Something quick to put on keep it pushing.

All the people judging mom's for looking a mess clearly have never had special needs kids. I'm 1 of 7 kids, 3 of whom have special needs. The LAST thing my mom cared about was "looking cute" when dropping her kids off. She just wanted her kids to be on time, fed, clothed, and in one piece. Sometimes that's all a mom has space to do. Every woman's story is different every woman has a right to be herself whomever that is. Yes there are general standards of deportment, neatness and tidiness but we don't know every woman's story at every given period in their lives so let's just pause for a moment b4 we commence to judgeing pple! And that btw goes for me too cuz we're all guilty of it at one time or another.

But how is someone going to know you had a rough night? This mom is judging based on what she can do, not what other peoples lives may be based on. This woman may be a stay at home mom and maybe she has the time to get up and get ready. Some parents work at night and they have to rush home to get his/her child to school on time. This mom needs to walk a 0.2 miles in someone else's shoes.

my husband does drop off in the morning's and I pick up my girls.. we also have to physically go inside the school grounds and stand behind a line. when our child and their teacher's on duty see me, they send my daughter's over. my parents were always put together and taught me to leave the house clean and put together. my hair and teeth must be brushed and clothes must be clean, some days I opt out of doing makeup but I ALWAYS spritz myself with perfume before I leave the house. some parents do it and some don't. I prefer to leave a decent impression.. however I'm not gona hold it against any parent who doesn't do this. perhaps the time they took to get ready is time they prefer to chat with their kids in the car, or are heading back home to rest a little because they had a day off from the chaos of work. Keep your heart clean I think, then we can all get along just fine.

Shopping Beauty They're all getting paid to give their opinion on all the subjects they're presented with. The show is well aware that only one of the women has kids, but they don't expect Tamera to sit there and talk to herself for the entire subject. Tamera keeps trying to invalidate the other women's opinions on topics about kids just because they don't have kids. It's ignorant. There are topics that Tamera knows nothing about, but she gives her opinion like everyone else and I don't see the other co-hosts doing that to her. The last time this happened, that I can remember, she did it to Jeannie and it was also about kids. "you don't have kids, so you can't have an opinion"

As a teacher, we would appreciate that parents at least get dressed, brush their hair and teeth. We have many moms that come in pajama pants with tank tops or crop tops with their breast hanging out with no bra with their hair messy in a bun or not. More times than not, the students of these parents have bed head and have not washed up or brushed their teeth. As a mother of 3, I understand the difficulties but its routine and setting examples at home. There are alarms on phones that can help with setting routines.

I do believe in being presentable whenever you leave out the house but you don't need to get dressed up for the other moms smh that's ridiculous, it's not a fashion show. That mom needs to get a life. It's not even that serious. The world would be a much better place if ppl just learned to mind their business. I would only care about how the child is dressed. Now if the child looks a mess, then we have something to talk about.

This lady and unsurprisingly her child (who probably got it from her) are both too judgemental and need to mind their own business. For women who might not be dressed for work and just dropping kids off, dressing up is not necessary. If you have to get out of the car, the least you can do is look presentable, depending on the weather, sweats and flip flops or sneakers and maybe a hat would work just fine.
What I however do not agree with is the morning breath situation. Whether or not you are getting out of the car has nothing to do with it, when you wake up and especially if you have to leave your house, brush your teeth. Morning breath is not desirable on anyone.

I,ve seen parents drop their kids in every state of mess . Your child is learning from you and if you live the state of your sadness of your life to where kids and their little friends can see it . Trust me sis your child is going hear about from their friends. I was once was homeless for about six months and when I had to show up for the kids I was not glam . I was clean. It can be done. Some ppl need a stink Eye or a word to straighten up. I had talk to a parent once she was a coworker and she said I am not going to school for the other parents.the point is please make your kids comfortable. I agree with Tamera about representing her child because when your child is in Pre-K or kindergarten your you actually have to get out of the car for drop off and pick up. On the other hand we also have to remember thatsome households have two parents so you have a helping hand when getting the children together and yourself in the morning. Unfortunately when it's a one-parent household and especially when there are multiple children you end up putting yourself last to make sure that the children get what they need and arrive on time. As parents we just have to learn to find balance and for some that can be a hard task.

Aniya Raine she has a nanny when she's at WORK... she only works on this show Monday-Wednesdays... having a nanny doesn't mean you're hardly with your kids... being able to have those 4 days off to spend time with her kids and her family is enough for her to feel complete before going back to work th next week

Can we just appreciate parents that ACTUALLY Take their kids to school and pick them up. Kids where I live are getting on the public bus system. Kids are coming up missing and killed on public transportation......thank you parents for being parents and making sure they are where they should be and get there themselves safely.

Amy K coming from someone who grew up in a poor neighborhood, it’s really nasty to show up looking like a mess. Yeah, some rough days are a thing, but CONSTANTLY?? No

The way I dress to go to work and the way I dress to drop off kids are two different things. My kids are not going to be a failure in life just because I what I wear to drop them off in less than 5 mins.

Why is there such an onus on women to look cute? Maybe I don't care about looks.

Also, I agree- it’s important to look clean but I also agree that it’s probably exhausting AF putting yourself and kid (s) together at 6am. And the ones that do get themselves together, good for you! I need some of that energy lol

A good representation isn’t in the clothes- doesn’t mean look like a bum! But more people should worry about the representation of your household when it comes to their behavior that seems to be the lack of focus
