Great review. Haappy birthday! I do enjoy and own many fragrances from Louis Vuitton. Nouveau Monde, Orage are fantastic. Imagination to me is a nice freshie, so is L'Immensite, but since I own Tygar - I do not feel the need to have those.

This is an easy reach in the summer as is L'Immensite. Have these and wear them often. Refilled L'Immensite already. Going to wear Ombre Nomade when it cools off. 92 here today SOTD is Chanel Allure Homme Edition Blanche.
Hello Chip, absolutely you are right. I like Tygar too which is basically an L´Immensité. I see we have similar taste in scents, the Ombre Nomade will also be my go to in the next cold months. Enjoy the weekend!

Just got a sample of Imagination after “blind buying” Meteore which i absolutely do not regret. It as a wonderful take on the blue dna but it’s really not a copy of Bleu de Chanel, Dior Sauvage, Prada Luna Rosa Carbon, etc. Far from it. Almost has a bit of Mefisto Gentiluomo in it, which is another beautiful fragrance for men. I highly recomend you to try it. About Imagination. To me this smells like the most premium/luxurious bar of soap i ever smelled. It’s a bit fresh, clean, creamy and powdery/woody in the dry down. Not overly sweet and definitelly not unisex (nor is Meteore) as some say online. This is a clean man’s perfume all day long. From the twoo mentioned, i prefer Meteore but Imagination is definitelly a great perfume !

Thanks for great honest review, I decided to purchase Imagination and discovered that when you sniffing it direct from original bottle vs small decant there is huge different. My decants sprayers are probably made of cheap plastic and this plastic vibe staying after spaying for like hour while from the original 100ml bottle the opening is instant beautiful. 2 Sprays on the neck and projects (ppls notice it and complement) for 8h during normal walking and next 7 hours it's close to skin and attract only on when your skin is warmer or in close interaction. It's total 15h when i feel this fragrance on myself since wake-up to time i go shower and sleep. The scent profile and quality is unmatched, from ~400 fragrances i tested the other are nowhere near quality to this.

Do you know some other fresh fragrances with similar quality to Imagination?

@@razvanyke You don't understood at all my question, i don't looking replacement for Imagination in this scent profile i just looking fresh fragrances with ingredients quality like Louis Vuitton Imagination. Is MFK's Amyris Extrait/EDT possible near with they ingredients quality or maybe you know other fragrances?
Sorry for that, I get what you mean now. Yes, Amyris Extrait can be considered on the same page. Nishane also has some great fresh scents with high quality like Hacivat or WuLong Cha. Hope this helps
@@razvanyke Thanks for respond. I will try them soon. I also saw your video about Bvlgari Tygar and L’Immensite. Already tested L’Immensite and for me it's little bit synthetic not like a Meteore but not perfect blend like Imagination. Are think Tygar have better blend than L’Immensite?
Tested freshies: Amyris EDT, Tygar, Aventus + Aventus Cologne 2023 and the quality is nowhere near LV Imagination my batch is 3G02 2023-07, there is nice almost non visible fluorocarbon pipe for juice. The worst of all is Tygar just a cheap orangeade smell blotter vs blotter Tygar vs Thurati Blue 9/10 ppls can't tell difference. There is little bit less of sweat feeling and a hint of rose in Tygar. Amyris EDT is in the same way as Armani Code line and Prada L'homme L'eau no better ingredients here. Aventus 2023 is just watered down to drastic level forgot about it. Aventus Cologne 2023 is better but still on this same smell level as my Bvlgari Acqua Pour Homme 2019: smoky-water with hint of mandarin at the top.
Tested also Killian Angels + Black Phantom they are both gourmand/sweet fragrances. Not my cup of tea in the scent profile but ingredients used are good quality, projection + longevity beast mode. Angles is interpretation of oak barrel with cognac+baked apple and cinnamon. Black Phantom is almond/caramel masterpiece 3D realistic smell and quality on this same level as Imagination.
I was thinking about the question "at what price will we stop buying". Imagine if designers released something with the quality of Fahrenheit Parfum more regularly. I often choose niche because designer scents are predictable and samey, but clearly most people want sugary sweet designer offerings. So as long as the perceived quality and value is there, I think people will pay higher niche prices. We need something of a revolution in the world of fragrance before that changes.
Hey David, before the pandemic I was avoiding Creed and their huge prices (for me) .. 100€ was my top limit. Since 2020 onwards I discovered Amouage, ROJA, etc .. I built a decent collection, but I still can sense the price/value ratio. I believe that the Niche clients are in a very small number and the inflation, economic troubles and decrease in quality of the beauty houses .. will lead to huge downfall of demand. After all, the market will decide the way ..
@@razvanyke I agree with you about economics, cost of living, etc. Yes, in the end the market will decide. Personally speaking, I find it difficult to justify spending more than £200 on any fragrance, especially when it's a major house that's buying ingredients in bulk. Eventually prices across the entire supply chain are likely to come down, as it's all about demand/supply and price elasticity.

Hey my friend, what do you mean by that? It will not be as revolutionary as Aventus was in 2010, but in 2022 Imagination is miles ahead of it. Would refill Imagination 10 times, but never will I get another Aventus.

Afternoon swim is frutty juicy mandarin and acquatic. The performance is basically the same as all the LV freshies. (maybe meteore last the longest) but avarege 6h on cloths lasts longer. I would suggest you get afternoon swim. LV imagination you can get ZENO from Athens perfumes for 90usd (same scent and performance) or get the Zara sunrise on the red send dunes that is another identical to imagination end last same time as imagination for 25e.
Where do you rank this among your fresh perfumes a year later?
Hey, great question 🙏 It's number 1, by far. Lasts very long, it smells classy but also playful and it has all the good notes for me like tea, citrus and ambrox.
Is this similar to Neroli Outrenoir?
Hey, that is correct, not one to one but very close and Imagination is slightly better.
Would you choose this over Sedley?
I would chose Imagination over any other scent on the market today :D

What About Longevity of this fragrance
It's quite good, to be honest. For a nice freshie, it will last many hours. I got a fresh batch and its ok.

Hey, I kindly disagree. Imagination is one of the best freshies money can buy at the moment. With all the increased prices, LV perfumes actually are good value, if you ask me. Stay safe!
