So, it works the rear delts, teres major, mid and lower lats, just lacking for the upper lats? Just to see if I got it right... and would dumbbell pullovers work similarly?
watched the video and not sure if there is better content out there, i get all the angles but lets say im doing full body what would you say is going to target the lat generally the best as in one exercise, if you said it i missed it sorry
Just a question, then why do so many people suggest Cable rows with the V -Bar grip? I honestly don't feel shit unless I super slow down the motion and extend my arms forward and and pull as I'm slightly leaning forward to my chest... some people say to pull and lean back but that just seems like more mid and upper back focus
I just tried first time and the whole idea was to get the triceps long head involved and getting some stimulus without stress on the elbow unlike in case of other tripceps exercises. I enjoy the movement and only for that I will keep it for sure!
Great explanation, now I also understand why the teres has more leverage at higher degrees of shoulder flexion!
Glad it was helpful!

Pull-downs and rows narrow to the body
Hi Ben,
What about doing it chest supported and finishing the movement close to the hips?
I have cubital tunnel so need a lat exercise where I keep my arms straight. Would you recommend straight arm pulldowns over lat prayers?
*supporting comment for the algorithm*
