Yo im a huge fan and your videos have been a huge help ! i have a doubt regarding your upperbody row you talked about in your previous videos and insta posts. Do we need any rear delt isolation when we add an upperback row or should i add them?if so then are 2sets fine?. Thanks in advance
Is the Hammer Strength Lever Lat Pulldown a suitable substitute for the first vertical lat option? I add a cable handle so I can maintain the same neutral hand position. Feelsgoodman.jpg
Would you say the lat pulldown station varation will be better alt for most people in terms of position for the lower lats? Also what’s better alt the cable and bench or the chest supported option?
you are doing Gods work, amazing video man
That was really helpful thank you for the amazing content as always
Glad you enjoyed!

Hello Ben, really appreciate your content. Like your ”simple structure” posts, how would you structure a shoulders and arms workout?
So the first is a iliac targeting row ? And second more lumber upper portion part of the lat ?
Any thoughts on pulling in the frontal plane focusing on the adduction function or if straight arm pull downs are beneficial?
Can the horizontal Lat exercise be done directly with a hammer strength high row machine?
It works for me

If you line up the arm path and machines path correctly yes

Why not just doing pull-down with a v bar. Way faster and easier. + more stretch
How do you know these movements build massive lats?

Great info.. however nobody wants to do single arm exercises 😊. Whats the equivalent 2 arm versions
👌
Only one: Conventional Deadlift

Why you shrug
The Shrugging in the end will. Make the the upper back and shoulder join---😢….¿
Clavicle naturally raises with the arm so the shrugging allows the lay to fully stretch/ contract
