    Yo im a huge fan and your videos have been a huge help ! i have a doubt regarding your upperbody row you talked about in your previous videos and insta posts. Do we need any rear delt isolation when we add an upperback row or should i add them?if so then are 2sets fine?. Thanks in advance

    Is the Hammer Strength Lever Lat Pulldown a suitable substitute for the first vertical lat option? I add a cable handle so I can maintain the same neutral hand position. Feelsgoodman.jpg

      If you line up the arm path and machines path correctly yes

    Would you say the lat pulldown station varation will be better alt for most people in terms of position for the lower lats?
    Also what’s better alt the cable and bench or the chest supported option?

    Why not just doing pull-down with a v bar. Way faster and easier. + more stretch

      Clavicle naturally raises with the arm so the shrugging allows the lay to fully stretch/ contract
