The bite and resulting venom only removes moral restraints and amplifies negative traits and desires; for example, his jealousy for Mufasa had already existed, but the venom that brought it out more eventually turned it into murderous hatred. Though the venom in his scar may have influenced his evil nature, Scar was already proven to be envious and power-hungry before being infected as he was willing to work with another lion to overthrow Mufasa as king due to his jealousy. There's also the fact that unlike Kion, Scar didn't seek any treatment for the venom that was infecting him and allowed himself to fall into depravity. Furthermore, while Kion became prone to anger, he didn’t turn toward what Scar did and showed remorse each time his temper flared, showing that he became that way by choice. You could say he allowed it on his own accord. So you see, even without the Strange Lion or Cobra and venom, Scar would still become the villain he is today by jealously and desires for the throne in the animated version, showing that he's not tragic in the slightest.
Taka also means want, which makes sense. He was supposed to lead the lion guard, which means he is supposed to want what is best for others. And Ahadi did love his youngest son, he just didn't spend time with him enough. Because he wanted Mufasa to become a good king, which is no excuse. But it makes sense when you think about it, also there is no evidence he laughed at Scar, he just didn't take what he did as a huge deal. Since both of them already had lived through life threatening events in their lives and Taka had the roar to protect him. By the way, this is the conclusion I came to aa well over, with the only difference being Mufasa didn't laugh at Scar. God bless you and yours, Viva Cristo Rey!
In the live action remake, he saved his brother from a lion named Kiros, and then got his scar. However, the Mufasa movie doesn’t explain his evilness as well as The Lion Guard did.

That’s the way he got his scar in the animated version, which, in my opinion, makes more sense than the live action remake
