We are all but a number in a company unfortunately regardless of how valued we think we are. Rick I’ve stopped making the first move with friends with txts etc and it’s amazing how silent some people go

Did 30 years in the Post myself, don’t miss it just the people , wife loved her job . She would be in early to start , go in when ill , work on past her finish time . Told her so many times yer just a number in a big company. She was eventually pensioned off through ill health ( that’s another story) but she said , your are right .
Hi Rick, no one is irreplaceable but it’s nice to be appreciated, I don’t know how many customers you had at Vauxhall but your just Rick channel has 4K subscribers and I’m sure most of them appreciate what you do, I had two favourite bars in my twenties one was pulled down and the other was closed recently because of idiots causing trouble and ruining it for the majority of the customers

Used cars are much easier to sell because with new cars Manufacturers bonuses vary so much. Hence the reason you never see a fixed price on a new car but you do with used.

Well noticed. I had the mic on, but it was a new phone filming that decided to ditch the mic and pick everything else up instead of my voice lol. I was so annoyed! I nearly didn’t put it out. Work in progress
@@ricktenerife . You normally wear the mic high up clipped to the black strap, when i didnt see it i wondered if u had forgotten to put it on hence the sound issues ! No worries, glad u put the vlog out anyway have missed them. 🙏.

You saying about jobs that's all they are just jobs, because what ever company you work for don't really care about you, because if anything happens to you they won't care they will just replace you and forget about you,and people you work with are not friends they are just work colleagues, because if it came to the crunch they couldn't give a shit about you either,if you lost your job that's not going to effect them so they don't care,so just go to work to get paid weekly or monthly and don't tell anyone anything about your private life, because the end of the day you're just a number 👍
