due to sight disability, i have to hunt with optics to see. on my second ki bow.....last summer bought a vital x and i really like it with the added ki crank system. the total arrow 400 grainers with my usual 100 gr mechanicals did not group well at distance with the 400 fps speed, so went to the lighter ki arrows and up to 150 gr ki mechanicals. grouped like a charm at 60 yds with total wt of just over 450 gr with lighted chinese nock. shoots around 380 to 390 fps and is pretty quiet as well! nice deer you killed last year. enjoyed the video! used to love going to canada to fish.
Wow. Great deer. How long have you had your KI Swat x1? It it the one that has the enclosed barrel? And finally have you had any problems with the limbs? Thanks
Thanks! Going into year 2 with the Swatx1 the enclosed barrel is nice and has no limb issues at all. We use the Fierce 405 as well, and there no issues. Great Crossbows! I recommend using a 125 or 150 gr broadhead to add some weight.
