    I'm so glad Aleksi ended up in OG. And about xseven I think he's very underrated. Just like Amanek for example. These are kind of players doing all the shitty stuff no one wants to do but the stats don't show how impactful they actually are.

    • @nocap5650
      @nocap5650 3 роки тому +30

      Great comparison, i like amanek and i also think amanek is a really selfless and a good impact player just like xseven. Same thing was with Aerial, dude had confidence and felt comfortable playing and was one of the best in the scene that katowice run and blast madrid, then the roster change came and it all went to shit. Feeling comfortable in a position or in a team in general changes ur game immensly and people tend to forget that. Exact reason why astralis has been so good for so long.

    • @holdenellis1395

      amanek, tizian, rush, tarik, xseven. So many support/hard entry players who get removed/almost get removed from their teams for bad stats :(

      xseven and aleksib carried ence. they didn’t belong in ence because they were a league up from their teammates. especially allu, he is so overrated, whack movement, whack aim, whack positioning, only really gets pointless kills/trades and misses his AWP shots. Sergej is good as well but needs experience.

    I appreciate Aleksi's dislike for roster changes but I REALLY hope it doesn't stop him from achieving greatness. For example in OG there are many players who just don't have what it takes to make OG a real contender for tier 1 trophies.
    Maybe at least he will consider the offer when eventually a real major contender wants him to be their IGL who knows.

    • @takke7969
      @takke7969 3 роки тому +7

      "For example in OG there are many players who just don't have what it takes to make OG a real contender for tier 1 trophies." umm what do u mean :D theyve beaten top5 teams like navi in bo3 atleast 2 times , BIG and many other good teams from top5-20.. theyve been to finals already atleast twice., theyre ranked #7.. idk what more u want from them to be a "real contender" for tier1 trophies. :D i dont see any reasons why they should make roster changes. even if they kicked someone and bought s1mple or niko or any1 it doesnt automaticly mean they would be any better as a team. and it really seems roster changes most of the times make teams worse for example look at FaZe or even Astralis when they played with a different lineup for a while or Liquid when they swapped one player. imo they should only swap a player if they really start to lose all matches and drop to rank 25-30 or smth like this.

    • @TuomioK
      @TuomioK 3 роки тому +1

      While I understand that OG doesnt seem to be a major contender and perhaps there are better individual players, I think what needs to be understood in this video is, that changing player changes the whole team and system. So the timing needs to be correct and new player needs to be correctly implemented. You CANT just switch players to get instant results but you can make changes to fall into a pit. So the team needs to be built essentially. It takes timing and correct player combination to really work out.

    • @FreagaZ
      @FreagaZ 3 роки тому +2

      @@TuomioK On this I agree. Which is why realistically it's easier and more likely for an already existing tier 1 team to just poach aleksib with a promise of respect from other players and actually letting him IGL while enjoying the company of tier 1 individuals who don't throw round after round because of insufficient gamesense and mechanics against other very best teams and players.
      A good leader always believes in his teammates and tries to maximize their potential. So there is nothing wrong with the way Aleksi thinks per se. I just feel its a waste of his top tier talents to play with players much worse in their roles than what he is as an IGL. He is already being held back from winning a couple of tournaments, but not a big issue because of the online season and covid mess to be fair.
