This was fantastic! Great information and overall approach.
I have two recommendations for everyone concerned about nutrition:
1. Make GABA rice. Electric rice cookers have a specific program for making GABA rich brown rice. The idea is that the rice cooker would germinate the rice before cooking and this increases the GABA amino acids in brown rice. Plus it’s high fiber whole grain food.
2. Better options for sugar craving and snacks - dates. Teach your child to enjoy this natural sweet fruit - that’s a great and healthy substitute to candy. Because it’s natural, although sweet, it’s good for you.
Excellent! Thank you! From a retired teacher who hopes to get an ADHD diagnosis to help with the fears of early dementia. My eating habits have improved a lot especially since getting my Instant Pot (a fast magic machine). LOL
Thank you for sharing. Additude has improved my life with their videos.
I can't thank you all enough.
Unfortunately, olive oil has very little the way of omega 3s.
Why the obsession with meat, dairy eggs, why not nuts, seeds, pulses?
Also vegans don't need supplements any more than meat eaters
